Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification and/or license as a School Psychologist
• Knowledge of best practices in assessment, intervention, crisis response, and consultation
• Strong report writing, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience with diverse student populations and varied learning needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical, confidential, and culturally responsive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for referred students
• Develop and monitor individualized educational and behavioral intervention plans
• Consult with staff and families regarding student needs, progress, and solutions
• Provide individual or group counseling and crisis intervention as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Help foster a positive, inclusive school environment that supports the well-being of all students
• Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
