Job Description
Opportunity for experienced School Psychologists to support K-12 students within schools located in the Allentown, PA area, with available assignments near Carbon County and Lehigh County. This position offers flexibility with both part-time (15+ hours per week) and full-time (35 hours per week) schedules considered. The assignment runs tentatively from August 2026 through June 2027, following the school calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological services to K-12 students, including assessment and intervention
- Collaborate with educators and families to support students educational and emotional needs
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work directly with students in special education settings, contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Psychologist license
- Active Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification
- Experience working with students in special education settings
- Proven experience in IEP development and implementation
- Ability to provide services in-person as the position requires onsite presence
