Key Qualifications:

• Active state certification as a School Psychologist
• Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or a closely related field
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and IEP processes
• Demonstrated success providing counseling, supporting special education eligibility, and crisis intervention in K-12 schools
• Excellent communication and consultation skills to effectively partner with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload and adapt to changing student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine students learning needs and eligibility for special education services
• Offer direct support to students through individual and group intervention, counseling, and skill-building
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor behavior and academic interventions
• Participate as an active member of multidisciplinary and IEP teams
• Maintain thorough documentation, complete reports, and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations
