Make a difference in the lives of students across PreK-12 by supporting academic, emotional, and behavioral development in a dynamic educational setting. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity offers the chance to work closely with school teams, families, and multidisciplinary professionals for the 20262027 academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active NCDPI School Psychologist License (must be attached to your application)
• Proficiency with ECATS is required
• Prior experience as a school psychologist in educational settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate crisis response and provide counseling support
• Willingness to travel between multiple campuses within the district (mileage not reimbursed)

What Youll Do:

• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote students academic and socio-emotional growth
• Facilitate individual and group counseling, as well as crisis response services
• Organize and conduct parent conferences to address student needs and progress
• Complete psychoeducational evaluations for students suspected of disabilities
• Streamline and manage mental health interventions and planning
• Deliver staff training on a range of educational and behavioral strategies
• Participate as a key member on multi-disciplinary, district-level teams
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
