Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students to identify learning needs, behavioral concerns, and emotional challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized strategies and interventions to support student success.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to design effective educational plans.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute expertise on student development and mental health.
• Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid Oregon School Psychologist certification or licensure.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting standardized test results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of IDEA, 504 plans, and relevant state educational requirements.
