Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Current state certification/license to practice as a School Psychologist
• Experience in school settings performing assessments, counseling, and developing IEPs
• Strong communication and consultation skills, collaborating effectively with educators, parents, and administrators
• Knowledge of laws, state regulations, and best practices related to special education
• Passion for fostering student growth and supporting overall well-being

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify students strengths and areas for growth
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral supports as needed

• Collaborate with teachers to design classroom interventions and support inclusive practices
• Keep thorough records, follow compliance procedures, and participate in meetings as required
