Make a meaningful difference supporting K-12 students throughout an engaging district-wide assignment as a School Psychologist. This full-time, contract role is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in assessments and intervention for the 2026/2027 school year. Your work will help foster positive educational experiences across multiple campuses, collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters or higher degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid School Psychologist licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports
- Strong understanding of IDEA, Section 504, and special education procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Previous K-12 school-based psychology experience is highly preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and re-evaluations to inform special education eligibility and services across grade levels
- Deliver direct and consultative psychological services to support students academic and social-emotional growth
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to design and implement effective intervention plans
- Engage in multi-tiered systems of support and data-based decision-making practices
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing guidance on behavioral strategies and accommodations
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate by supporting trauma-informed practices
