Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to support student well-being.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated support for students.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing IEPs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Knowledge of special education laws and best practices.
