Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification (or eligibility) for Massachusetts
• Experience with K-12 populations preferred, but applicants with strengths in specific grade bands are encouraged to apply
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, administrators, families, and outside agencies
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and contribute to positive school climates
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining current knowledge in the field

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform psychoeducational assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, social, and behavioral needs
• Consult with teachers and staff to develop intervention strategies that enhance student learning and promote mental health
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and behavioral intervention planning
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students throughout the K-12 spectrum
• Facilitate communication and partnerships between schools, families, and external agencies
