Job Description

An exciting contract opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to make a meaningful impact supporting elementary and junior high school students. This role is based onsite, working closely with a single school location near Aberdeen, WA. Whether you're interested in full-time or part-time hours, you'll be providing essential psychological services to a manageable caseload of about 26 students with IEPs, collaborating with educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Washington State School Psychologist License required
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification for WA State
  • Experience with K-8th grade or a willingness to support a variety of student ages
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable conducting initial student evaluations throughout the school year
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments, evaluations, and supports for students with IEPs
  • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and parents to design and implement intervention strategies
  • Complete and document initial evaluations for students as required
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
  • Support a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all assigned students

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
