Qualifications:

  • Active South Dakota School Psychologist license required
  • Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
  • Willingness to work with a range of grade levels (K-12)
  • Flexible approach to caseload and duties
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Prior experience in South Dakota schools considered an asset
  • Open to current interns or those new to the field

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and interpret results for students in grades K-12
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and intervention plans
  • Partner with educators and families to support student success and well-being
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing expertise in psychological services
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance with state and federal guidelines
