Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification or licensure to practice as a School Psychologist
  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Strong background in educational and psychological assessment
  • Knowledge of IEP process, FBAs, BIPs, and special education laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Compassionate, solution-focused mindset
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct support, counseling, and intervention strategies for students and staff
  • Consult with teachers, families, and administrators to identify and address student needs
  • Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with all regulatory guidelines
  • Assist with crisis intervention and create positive behavioral support plans
  • Promote a culture of inclusion and advocate for student wellbeing
