Part-Time Registered Nurse Travel Position
Location: Wakefield, RI

A part-time Registered Nurse role is available to provide nursing care dedicated to an elementary student in a school setting in Wakefield, RI. This position involves traveling to and from the school on the bus with the student, supporting their health and safety throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care during school hours to one elementary student.
• Monitor health status, administer medications, and perform necessary nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with school staff and communicate health information as needed.
• Ride the bus with the student to ensure continuity of care during transportation times.
• Maintain professional documentation and comply with school nursing protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Rhode Island.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Ability to commit to a part-time schedule: 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, 5 days per week.
• Comfortable providing individualized care on a caseload of one student.

Location and Work Schedule:

• Wakefield, Rhode Island
• Part-time: 4 hours per day (two hours in the morning, two hours in the afternoon), Monday through Friday.
• Travel required to accompany the student on the bus to and from school.
