This rewarding, full-time opportunity lets you impact young lives within elementary and middle school environments, working alongside a talented nursing team to meet a diverse range of needs.

Youll travel between 12 schools, ensuring continuity of care and promoting student wellness throughout the district. Each day, youll collaborate with staff, assist existing nurses, and take initiative when responding to student health concernsmaking a real difference for children from all backgrounds.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current New York RN license required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to confidently work across multiple sites
• Adaptability to cover various nursing roles and needs as they arise

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite nursing care for students in both elementary and middle schools
• Support and assist fellow nurses, filling in when/where needed throughout the district
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and school staff regarding student health
• Administer medications, respond to emergencies, and manage chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Prioritize student safety and create a positive, supportive health environment
