A full-time position is available for a licensed RN or LPN to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing support to a student with complex medical needs in a K-12 school setting in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, Florida. This contract runs for the full school year and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact in a students academic and health journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one nursing care focusing on students with diagnoses such as G-tube, tracheostomy, and epilepsy.
• Monitor and manage medical equipment and protocols to ensure student safety.
• Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers to support student health plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and respond promptly to medical needs during school hours.
• Implement emergency response procedures as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida LPN or RN ASN licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in school or educational environments.
• Comfort and skill in managing students with complex medical conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Location: Tampa, Florida (Greater Tampa Bay Area) Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, contract for the duration of the school year.
