A unique opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide essential healthcare services within an educational setting in Tacoma, WA. This contract position involves a combination of preschool health room support and 1:1 nursing care at a high school, offering a dynamic and impactful work environment for nursing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care in a preschool health room on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Provide 1:1 nursing support at the high school on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
- Monitor student health and maintain accurate health records.
- Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers to support student well-being.
- Respond to emergencies and manage chronic health conditions on-site.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington is required.
- Prior 1:1 nursing experience is preferred for effective personalized care.
- Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents in school settings.

- Location: Kent Meridian High School, Tacoma, WA
- Hours: 32.5 hours per week
- Position Type: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
