A K-12 school in Spring, TX is seeking a Substitute Registered Nurse (RN) to provide essential health services on a short-term contract basis. This role offers a great opportunity for a skilled RN to support the student population during the school day by performing medication administration and assisting in the health room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to students following physician orders and school protocols
• Manage the health room by providing first aid, addressing minor illnesses and injuries
• Monitor students health conditions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Provide health education and guidance to students as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN licensure
• Experience working as a school nurse or in pediatric health care preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with children, parents, and school personnel
• Knowledge of medication administration and school health policies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive health information professionally

Contract Details:

• Contract duration: January 21st to February 6th, 2026
• Work schedule: 35 hours per week
• Location: Spring, TX (K-12 school setting)
