Requirements:
- Valid IL Registered Nurse License
- Professional experience supporting pediatric or adolescent ventilator or trach-dependent students (preferred)
- Adaptability, empathy, and solid clinical judgment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 care for students (either a 3-year-old requiring ventilator support or an 18-year-old with tracheostomy needs)
- Monitor and document health status, responding promptly to any changes
- Collaborate with educators, families, and clinical advisors to ensure holistic care
- Uphold safety, confidentiality, and best practices in all aspects of onsite nursing
