Take your nursing expertise to a school setting with a unique, rewarding opportunity supporting a young student in the Renton, WA area. As an RN, you'll provide 1:1 care for a Kindergarten student with vent/trach needs, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the school day and during bus transport. If the student is absent, you'll continue making a difference by contributing to the districts other essential nursing duties.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in Washington State
• Previous experience in pediatric, school, or 1:1 nursing preferred
• Familiarity with ventilation and tracheostomy care in children
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within school environments

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive 1:1 medical care to a Kindergarten student, including support on the school bus
• Address the students daily ventilator and tracheostomy needs with attention and compassion
• Monitor and document the students health status throughout the school day
• Communicate proactively with teachers, school staff, and parents or guardians
• When the assigned student is absent, assist in district health rooms or provide nursing care to other students as needed
