Start a rewarding contract position as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing dedicated 1:1 care in an elementary school setting near Quincy, MA. In this full-time opportunity, you'll play a vital role supporting young students, working alongside school nurses and health professionals to ensure the well-being and safety of children in a dynamic learning environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification required
- Experience in a school, pediatric, or similar setting strongly preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to elementary-aged children
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, families, and school staff
- Must be reliable, organized, and capable of working independently
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized 1:1 care to an assigned elementary school student during school hours
- Support daily health and personal needsincluding mobility, feeding, medication administration (under supervision), and activity assistance
- Collaborate with the schools RN, LPN/LVN, and educational staff to maintain a coordinated care plan
- Monitor the students well-being, promptly addressing concerns and documenting relevant health information
- Communicate effectively with teachers, school nurses, and families regarding the students care
This is a contract role with 37.5 scheduled hours per week, Monday through Friday, on a standard school calendar.

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.00 to $55.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
