A full-time Staff Nurse/Teacher Assistant position is available in Green Lane, PA, serving school-age children with multiple disabilities. This contract role extends from ASAP through June 2026 and requires dedication to supporting the unique needs of this student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and support to students with multiple disabilities within a school setting
- Collaborate with educational staff to implement individualized health plans
- Monitor and document student health status, medication administration, and treatments
- Assist with daily activities and promote a safe learning environment
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN or RN licensure is required
- Experience working with school-age children, especially those with multiple disabilities, is highly beneficial
