Your qualifications and experience should include:

• Current RN licensure valid for the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility for reciprocity)
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with students, families, and faculty
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and ethical standards

Key responsibilities for this role consist of:

• Providing daily assessment, care, and management of acute and chronic student health concerns
• Dispensing medications and administering treatments as prescribed
• Responding promptly to medical emergencies and coordinating with outside healthcare providers or emergency services as needed
• Maintaining accurate student health records and documentation in compliance with state and district policies
• Supporting health education and promoting wellness initiatives within the school
• Partnering with staff and families to develop individualized health care plans when appropriate
