A full-time Registered Nurse is needed to support the health room in a school setting serving elementary and middle school students. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. The position is located in Pearland, TX, providing convenient access within the Houston area.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for Texas
- CPR certification
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational environment
Responsibilities include managing health services for the student caseload, providing first aid and nursing care, maintaining health records, and collaborating with school staff to ensure student well-being. The nurse will also oversee routine health screenings and respond to emergencies as needed within the school.
