Qualifications:
- Valid, current RN or LVN license and school nursing credential (required)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to assess and respond effectively to student health needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to students during school hours (MF, 8 am4:30 pm)
- Implement healthcare plans and emergency response protocols
- Serve as a resource on student health issues for staff and families
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student success
