As an RN in an elementary environment, you'll be tasked with assessing student health needs, maintaining thorough and accurate medical records, administering medications, and providing essential medical care as situations arise. Key Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire (required prior to start)
• Previous experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, school staff, and families
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality
• Comfortable working autonomously in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and address current health needs across the elementary student population
• Administer medications according to school protocols
• Provide timely treatment for injuries or illnesses occurring during school hours
• Keep and update individual student health records in compliance with regulations
• Liaise with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure ongoing student wellness
• Maintain compliance with district safety and privacy procedures
