This part-time Registered Nurse opportunity involves supporting a medically fragile student at an elementary school setting. The position is a contract role for the current school year, offering approximately 10 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care tailored to the needs of a medically fragile student
- Monitor health status and administer prescribed treatments or medications
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure student safety and well-being
- Maintain accurate health records and communicate with healthcare providers as needed
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred
- Strong understanding of medical needs related to medically fragile children
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
Location: Naperville, IL
Position Type: Contract, part-time, approximately 10 hours per week during the school year
