Job Description

A part-time Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity is available to provide specialized pediatric and school nursing care in a high school setting. This contract position runs from February 23, 2026, through May 2, 2026, with after-school hours Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, located in Naperville, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pediatric and school nursing services focused on diabetic care.
  • Monitor student health and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Provide health education and support to students and staff.
  • Collaborate with school personnel and healthcare providers to manage student health plans.
  • Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience in pediatric nursing and school-based healthcare.
  • Skilled in diabetes management and related care protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively during after-school hours.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
