As a Registered Nurse working in a general health room, you will support the wellbeing of students throughout the academic year, providing essential care and contributing to a safe and healthy learning space.

What You'll Need to Bring:

• Current RN license and BSN, authorized to practice in Washington State
• Previous nursing experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to work independently and provide your own supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach to students from diverse backgrounds

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct nursing care, first aid, and medication management to students in a K-12 school
• Respond promptly to health concerns, injuries, or medical emergencies as needed
• Maintain accurate health records in accordance with regulations and policies
• Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student health and safety
• Educate students, staff, and families on preventive health measures
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure documentation is thorough and compliant

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Single-site placementfocus your attention and build trusted relationships within one school community
• Onsite role providing hands-on care
• Contract covers the full school year (August through June, through June 2027)
