Job Description
An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide on-site nursing support in an elementary school setting. This contract position is based in Monticello, MN, and offers a structured, part-time schedule to support student health needs during the school year.
Hours:
Part-time: 16 hours/2 days per week
Daily hours: 8:40 AM 3:20 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurse will ride school transportation with the student
- One-on-one support for a single high schoolaged student
- Assigned to one school location
- Transportation time is included in the paid workday
- Monitoring vital signs and seizure activity

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; school nursing experience preferred

Strong skills in school nursing or related nursing roles

Ability to work effectively within an educational environment

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Experience with seizure care and monitoring
