A school-based nursing position is available in Monroe, GA, designed for skilled RNs and LPNs/LVNs with recent tracheostomy care experience. This full-time contract role supports the health and well-being of 4-year-old students in a dynamic school setting.
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia RN or LPN license
- Recent (within the past year) hands-on tracheostomy care experience
- Previous school nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day nursing care and health services tailored to preschool-aged children
- Monitor and manage tracheostomy care as needed throughout the school day
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to maintain students health and safety
- Administer medications and perform health assessments
- Keep accurate health records and comply with state and school health policies
- Respond promptly to health emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
