Essential Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
- Active Certified School Nurse (CSN) endorsement
- Previous experience in school health settings is a plus
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, students, and families
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a safe school environment
What Youll Do:
- Deliver direct healthcare services to students in accordance with individualized health plans and best nursing practices
- Conduct health screenings, manage medications, and respond to emergencies within the school community
- Promote student wellness and provide health education to staff and families
- Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, staff, and families to coordinate care
- Monitor health trends and participate in planning for school-wide health interventions
- Maintain accurate, confidential health records and support compliance with state regulations
