A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position is available for the current school year, serving students with complex medical needs in a K-12 public school setting in Manchester, NH. This contract role runs from ASAP through June 2026 and requires a candidate with prior school nursing experience to support a flexible caseload primarily focused at the middle school level.
Responsibilities include providing individualized nursing care to students with critical and complex medical conditions. In addition to typical school nursing duties, the RN will accompany students on the bus to and from home daily, ensuring continuity of care during transportation. Flexibility is essential, as the caseload may shift to include other grade levels depending on student needs. Additional caseload details will be discussed during the interview process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with proven school nursing experience
- Strong critical care skills to manage complex medical cases in a school environment
- Ability to provide individualized care plans and collaborate with school staff and families
- Flexibility to work across various grade levels and adapt to changing caseload demands
- Reliable transportation skills to safely accompany students during bus rides

- Manchester, New Hampshire, serving a K-12 school district
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
