A full-time Registered Nurse opportunity is available onsite in Lynn, MA, dedicated to supporting school-aged children from PreK through 8th grade. This contract position requires a professional who is passionate about providing comprehensive nursing care within an educational setting, ensuring the health and well-being of all students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering nursing care and health services across multiple school campuses within the district.
- Collaborating with school staff and families to manage student health plans and emergency care.
- Administering medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Maintaining accurate health records and documentation.
- Participating in health education initiatives and promoting wellness among students.
- Responding promptly to health emergencies and providing appropriate interventions.
Qualifications and experience:
- Must hold a current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Prior experience in school nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred.
- Ability to commute comfortably between different campuses within the district.
- Successful completion of a fingerprinting and CORI background check is mandatory.
- Willingness to engage in a Zoom interview as part of the hiring process.
Schedule and Location:
- Full-time contract position from ASAP through June 18, 2026.
- Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM onsite.
- This role requires presence onsite; remote work is not available.
- Located in Lynn, MA, serving PreK-8 grade levels.
