A full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) position is available at an elementary school located in Columbia, PA. This role involves providing essential health care services in the school health room, supporting the well-being of elementary-aged students in a structured school setting.
Location: Columbia, PA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM 3:15 PM
Setting: Elementary School Health Room
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working as a school nurse or in a pediatric setting preferred
Responsibilities:
- Administer first aid and manage student health records
- Provide care and support to students with chronic health conditions
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to promote student health and safety
- Respond efficiently to health emergencies within the school environment
- Conduct health screenings and maintain a safe, hygienic health room
