A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to provide comprehensive nursing services for multiple schools within a school district in Kingston, NH. This travel position involves supporting the general health needs across different schools, ensuring student well-being and compliance with healthcare protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver general school nursing services including first aid, illness assessment, medication administration, and health education.
• Manage and support students with chronic health conditions and individual health plans.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to address student health concerns.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in accordance with district policies.
• Participate in health screenings and emergency response efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license.
• Experience in school nursing or related pediatric nursing preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple student caseloads across different locations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate and confidential care for students.

Location: Kingston, NH (travel to various schools within the district)

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35 hours per week
