Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas, in good standing
• Previous experience as a school nurse or in a pediatric setting preferred
• Strong skills in medication administration and health assessments
• Ability to manage medical emergencies with calm professionalism
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• CPR and First Aid certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to school protocol
• Provide first-line response for injuries and illnesses in the school health room
• Record and monitor student health information with confidentiality
• Communicate clearly with school personnel and parents regarding student health needs
• Maintain a clean and organized health room environment
