This part-time, onsite opportunity near Hillsdale, WY, offers a consistent schedule of 20 hours per week, where youll play a key role in supporting student wellness and safety.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Wyoming or Compact RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass background and fingerprint clearance
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to students across grades K-12, addressing acute, chronic, and emergency health concerns
- Administer prescription and over-the-counter medications according to established protocols
- Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate student health records
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support individualized care plans
- Promote health education in the school community, fostering wellness and positive health practices
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and implement appropriate care interventions
- Adhere to district policies, state regulations, and ethical standards of nursing practice
