This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to provide vital care and support to students with a range of complex medical needs in a supportive educational environment. The role is based near Harlem, GA, and will be stationed exclusively at an elementary school serving a small caseload of 510 students.

Responsibilities include delivering daily health services such as G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care, suctioning, seizure and epilepsy monitoring, and medication administration. Youll collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safety, promote student well-being, and enable full participation in school activities.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in Georgia
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based nursing highly preferred
• Proven ability to support students with critical, complex, and medically fragile conditions
• Experience with G-tube feeding, trach care, and suctioning strongly preferred
• Familiarity with seizure or epilepsy management is a plus
• Full-time availability and the ability to work 8:10 AM to 4:10 PM, onsite only
