What were looking for:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN license
- Experience working 1:1 with medically complex children required
- Comfortable assisting and riding the bus with a child
- Training or familiarity with vent and trach care strongly preferred
- Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to a medically complex child in school and during transportation
- Monitor and manage trach and ventilator needs as necessary
- Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and bus drivers for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate health records and clear communication
