Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in MA
• Previous school-based nursing experience
• Capability to complete CORI and fingerprinting process
• Strong clinical skills in pediatric care, specifically with tracheostomy/ventilator
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Willingness and physical ability to safely supervise and assist an ambulatory, active young child

Role Responsibilities:

• Accompanying student by van during pre/post school travel (Mondays & Fridays)
• Delivering trach and ventilator care as needed
• Collaborating with school and transportation staff
• Engaging sensitively with young children and their families
• Maintaining accurate health records and safety protocols
