A travel nursing opportunity is available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide specialized healthcare services within an elementary school setting in Fort Leavenworth, KS. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week and involves delivering one-on-one nursing care and managing feeding needs for students with various disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care to a student requiring tracheostomy management.
- Administer multiple tube feedings to several students throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with school personnel to ensure the health and safety of students with complex medical needs.
- Maintain accurate health records and follow prescribed care plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
