What Were Looking For:

• Active, current RN or LVN credentials (requirement based on school directive)
• Experience in school nursing or similar pediatric settings strongly desired
• Solid assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families
• Professionalism and adaptability within an educational environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide daily health room coverage, including first aid, medication administration, and chronic condition management
• Monitor and respond to student health concerns throughout the day
• Maintain clear documentation of encounters and interventions
• Liaise with parents, staff, and outside providers as needed to ensure continuity of care
• Support the school community during special events and activities, when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety standards
