A full-time, onsite nursing position is available within a K-12 school setting located in Elizabeth, NJ. This role focuses on providing direct and indirect healthcare services to students throughout the school year, offering an engaging opportunity for a registered nurse to apply clinical skills within an educational environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct healthcare services such as health assessments, first aid, and emergency care to students.
• Administering medications and monitoring student health needs according to individualized healthcare plans.
• Maintaining accurate health records and thorough documentation of all care provided.
• Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support students with special health requirements.
• Conducting routine health screenings for vision, hearing, and other conditions, and referring students for further medical evaluation when necessary.

Qualifications for this role require:

• An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
