A full-time registered nurse opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Edison, NJ. This direct hire position focuses on providing comprehensive healthcare services to students throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct healthcare services including student health assessments, first aid, and emergency care.
- Administer medications and monitor student medical needs according to individualized healthcare plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records, documenting all provided care.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students with special health requirements.
- Perform screenings for vision, hearing, and other health conditions; refer students for further evaluation when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Holds an active New Jersey RN license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Successfully passes background check and drug screening.
