Location: East Orange, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, school-based position in East Orange, NJ. This role will be based in a school health office, providing nursing care and supporting the health and safety of students throughout the school day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to students in the school health office.
- Assess student health concerns, injuries, and illnesses.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate student health records and documentation.
- Communicate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers as needed.
- Respond to medical emergencies and support student health and safety.
Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- School nursing or pediatric nursing experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a school health office.
