Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid RN or LPN license in Georgia
- School nursing or pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Proven expertise in tracheostomy care
- Experience with 1:1 student/pediatric care
- Compassion and commitment to serving students with significant needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized, 1:1 nursing care to a kindergartner with severe needs
- Oversee tracheostomy care and manage complex medical needs during school hours
- Ensure a safe environment and respond proactively to health concerns
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals
