Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN or LPN/LVN license
• Experience with tracheostomy care is required
• Previous pediatric nursing experience, particularly in a 1:1 care setting, is strongly preferred
• Understanding of the unique needs of students with severe medical requirements
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 clinical care to a kindergartner with significant medical needs for 9 hours per week
• Monitor, assess, and document the students health status throughout the school day
• Manage complex medical equipment and interventions, particularly tracheostomy care
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe, inclusive environment
• Provide compassionate support to facilitate learning and participation in school activities
