Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire (unrestricted and in good standing)
• Prior experience in a school setting, pediatric nursing, or community health nursing preferred
• Proficiency in managing chronic conditions, triaging injuries or illness, and responding to health emergencies
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, families, educators, and administrators
• Ability to maintain accurate student health records and documentation
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Compassionate, approachable, and culturally responsive

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care for students at a K-12 campus, addressing routine illnesses and injuries
• Administer prescribed medications and perform health procedures as authorized
• Respond promptly to on-campus medical emergencies and provide first aid
• Support chronic disease management plans, including diabetes, asthma, and allergies
• Conduct health screenings and assessments in accordance with state guidelines
• Educate students and staff on health practices, safety, and disease prevention
• Maintain detailed and confidential health documentation
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and local healthcare providers to ensure coordinated student care
