A school-based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Columbia, PA, serving an elementary school setting. This full-time travel assignment requires dedication to providing quality health care support to elementary-aged students in a school health room environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN Pennsylvania license or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working in school nursing, preferably with elementary age groups
Location: Columbia, Pennsylvania Travel assignment in a school setting
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM
Caseload: Health room services for elementary students
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and health assessments to students
- Respond to student health concerns and emergencies promptly
- Manage medication administration and health documentation
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student well-being
- Monitor and maintain an organized health room and supplies
