A licensed RN or LPN is sought to provide nursing care within a school setting serving K-12 students. This full-time contract position offers a consistent schedule Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week, located in Belmont, MA.
Responsibilities include assessing and addressing the healthcare needs of students, managing chronic conditions, administering medications and treatments, maintaining health records, and collaborating with school staff to promote student wellness. The nurse will be a vital resource for health education and emergency response within the educational environment.
Qualifications for this role specify possession of a valid Massachusetts RN or LPN license. Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or similar settings is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
