Key Qualifications:

• Current and active RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of Georgia
• Demonstrated experience with tracheostomy care in pediatric patients
• Previous experience working in schools or with children (preferred, not required)
• Commitment to individualized one-on-one care and advocacy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, teachers, and school staff

Position Details & Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care for a kindergartener with severe needs
• Work scheduled hours (9 hours per week) during the school day
• Closely monitor vital signs, respond to emergent needs, and manage trach care as necessary
• Implement and maintain physician-directed care plans in the classroom and throughout the school environment
• Record and update health care documentation as required
